Très volumineux, Assez lourd : 1.05 Kg, Il faut démonter sa carte mère pour l'installer (mais c'est un gage de bonne fixation)
Un très bon dissipateur dont les performances de refroidissement le place parmi les meilleurs. Reste qu'il faut pouvoir l'installer dans un boîtier de petite taille, ses dimensions étant assez importantes....
