  • Expensive, EPS connectors should use 16AWG wires, Short distance between the peripheral connectors, OCP triggering points on the minor rails should be set lower
  • Corsair's AX1000 is one of the best 1kW power supplies available. If you want the highest possible performance matched with quiet operation, don't hesitate to make it the centerpiece of your next build (provided the price doesn't scare you off)...

  • Sehr hohe Effizienz deutlich über 95% bei 230V, Sehr gute 12V Spannungsregulation < 0,5%, Holdup-Time und Timing, Housekeeping gut, Sehr viele Anschlüsse, Leiser Lüfter, Gute semipassive Steuerung mit langer Hysterese, Lange Kabel, Kompakte Maße für 1000
  • SCP an langen SATA Kabeln etwas träge (technisch bedingt)
  • Mit dem AX1600i hat Corsair neue Maßstäbe gesetzt. Netzteile dieser Qualitätsstufe zu testen ist eine echte Herausforderung, da man selbst das teuerste Messequipment damit an die Grenzen der Genauigkeit treibt. Kein Wunder also das wir uns auf das neue AX...

  • exzellent hoher Wirkungsgrad (80 PLUS Titanium), lautloser bis angenehm leiser Betrieb (umschaltbar zwischen Semi-Fanless und Aktiv), sehr hohe Leistungsfähigkeit, sehr gute Lastregulierung und sehr geringe Ripple-/Noise-Spannungen, gute Schutzschaltungen
  • OPP-Schaltschwellen auf den Nebenspannungen vergleichsweise hoch, (mit 700 U/min vergleichsweise hohe Basis-Lüfterdrehzahl im Aktiv-Modus),
