  • Tiny, easy to use, and fairly featurepacked, Quick and easy uploads to YouTube
  • Mediocre video quality, Plastic build doesnt feel very durable
  • The $100 Vado pocket camcorder lets you shoot and upload YouTube clips with ease. Just dont expect great video quality....

  • The Vado is not really a device for anyone who wants to do more with their video than just upload it to YouTube. Its camcorder features are virtually non-existent, and decent lighting is required to obtain acceptable image quality. But it still manages to...

  • Sleek and slim design. Low price. Large screen. Rechargeable battery. Easy-to-use software.
  • Poor uploaded video quality. Subpar mic.
  • Creatives Vado improves on its prototype, the Flip Ultra mini camcorder, in a number of ways, including design and price, but its choppy video quality may be too much to overlook....

  • Ultraslim design; removable, rechargeable battery; easy to use; relatively inexpensive; one-touch video uploading to YouTube and Photobucket.
  • Included desktop software is almost featureless; no SD/MMC expansion slot; Mac users have to manually copy video files to their computers.
  • While its video quality doesnt quite measure up to some of its competitors, there are enough pluses to make the Creative Vado Pocket Cam a worthy contender in the mini camcorder market. Price range: $78.99 - $99.99 See all products in the Creative Vad...

  • Screen size, option to step down quality to increase memory usage, li-ion battery, simple
  • Software almost pointless, won’t stand-up on its own, no lens cover, no TV connection supplied
  • Good quality video and audio are let down but the software offering, however the potential to record for 2 hours and the conservative design will appeal

  • Abstract:  Theres a veritable glut of cheapo video cameras at the moment - last week we saw the Flip, now its Creatives Vado. At £79.99, its a pretty attractive deal. And pretty. Literally. It looks nice.
