  • Excellent image quality, Fast maximum aperture kit zoom, Very good ergonomics, Very low noise levels
  • Expensive, Rather primitive video mode
  • Since the beginning of the digital imaging revolution the world of photography has changed radically and even more changes are on the horizon. MILC models will continue to steal market share from DSLRs and sometime in the near future I predict that MILC...

  • High-quality stills, Very responsive, Outstanding EVF
  • Bit of learning curve, Fixed-position LCD not touch capable, Uneven exposures in some movie clips
  • We're fans of the X-series, even with the flaws noted here. Colors and white balance are very accurate, with a richness, tone, and depth that are quite impressive. Fujifilm wants a premium price for its better models and we can't begrudge the company fo...

  • Handsome retro desig, solidly constructe, Brigh, crystal-clear OLED viewfinde, Fast (large-aperture) zoom kit lens
  • Using controls ranges from slightly to extremely frustratin, Camera over-processes image, crushing detail in dark area, Colors sometimes inaccurat, Expensive for what you get
  • The X-E2 produces good-quality images, but no better than cheaper rivals do. While the camera looks nice, it's rather difficult to use. Fujifilm continues its line of retro-nostalgic mirrorless cameras with the X-E2 ($1,350, with 18-55mm lens)....

  • Bildqualität, Verarbeitung, Ergonomie, Menüführung
  • Keine Dioptrien-Markierung, kein GPS, kein Kippdisplay, mitgelieferte Software

  • Fujifilm X-E2 is an impressive camera and we have very little to complain about. It offers excellent image quality, great build, wonderful handling thanks to the ergonomics and placement of dials and buttons, fast AF performance and so on. The wireless im...

  • Semi professional compact system camera adds an eye level viewfinder built in, and rangefinderlike controls, plus a build quality reminiscent of an even pricier Leica camera, APSC sensor and decent glass can translate into knockout imagery
  • Pricey if you don't need an eye level viewfinder, and, in requiring a period of familiarisation from the get go, it's less easy for newbies to get to grips with than the likes of the XA1
  • Improvements over the earlier X-E1 seem to be largely performance based, and come down to enhanced speed and accuracy – Fuji hasn't thrown the baby out with the bathwater. That said, if you're considering spending this amount then we'd also recommend taki...

  • Abstract:  There was a time back in the mid-1970s — around about the era of the Canon AE-1 — when photography was simple. Automatic exposure made taking good pictures easier than ever before, and cameras were getting cheaper by the day without sacrificing design or...
