  • The Pixel 2 and 2 XL are consistently fast with impressively low touch latency, Solid aluminum construction with IP67 waterresistance, It's solidly above average, This is Google's vision of Android. It's mostly stock with a few handy addons like the Pixel
  • The 5inch Pixel 2 has rather large bezels. There are frontfacing speakers embedded in them, but the device just looks a bit clunky, There isn't one on either phone, This is a minor one, but portrait mode is buggy. You can chalk that up to the lack of a se
  • I'm not going to pretend the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are perfect phones. The removal of the headphone jack is lame, and the smaller Pixel 2 still has too much bezel. I'd also like more control over Active Edge. If you already have always-on "OK Google" con...

  • Waterproofing, solid build, good battery performance, great camera performance in most conditions, movies look great on the display
  • Display looks dull and lifeless in most conditions, design doesn't make best use of space, no 3.5mm headphone socket, camera white balance inconsistencies, hardware will soon be outdated
  • The Google Pixel 2 XL brought with it a great deal of excitement at launch, with a sense of ambitious design, embracing the 18:9 display and moving things forward, as well as adding that water proofing to keep pace with the best out there. While the design...

  • Fresh, attractive yet practical design, The best take on Android Oreo around, Powerful hardware
  • Atrocious screen viewing angles, Poor colours on the display, Bad 4K video compression
