Plays back both HD DVD and Blu-ray discs; excellent image quality on both high-def disc formats; attractive design with touch-sensitive buttons; excellent remote; quick response during scans and chapter skips.
Expensive; no CD playback; subpar support for new surround soundtracks; does not support HDi interactive features of HD DVDs; only a few TVs cant accept its type of 1080p output; upscaling of DVDs is a step below competitors; load times are somewhat s...
The LG BH100 can play back both HD DVD and Blu-ray discs with excellent image quality, but a variety of quirks and missing features limits its appeal.

The only combo Blu-ray/HD DVD player available, faster than usual operation, full 24 frames per second progressive scan output.
Won?t play CDs, interactive features not available for HD DVD.
The LG BH100 Super Multi Blue Player is an excellent Blu-ray player and a pretty good HD DVD and DVD player. And the price is lower than all the other Blu-ray players currently available. This is truly an excellent device.
