  • Abstract:  Weve spent the last few weeks with the latest offerings from Logitech, The MX1000 and the MX518. They each bring something new and different to the desk top. The MX518 has an ultra high DPI setting with the ability to change it on the fly, no software...

  • Abstract:  Like Dr. Evil, if you put frickin lasers on something, it is always that much cooler. Logitech takes some of its own laser technology and uses it to create perhaps one of the worlds finest wireless mice.

  • First laser mouse, Awesome precision, Cordless, LiIon battery, Lots of buttons
  • Expensive, Software problems, Bumpy plastic remains from production at thumb rest
  • If you have the money and want to have the latest and greatest, the Logitech MX1000 is the mouse of your choice. If you already own a solid optical mouse the added benefits are not worth the purchase in my opinion.
