  • Both cams can be placed anywhere you want thanks WiFi connectivity and battery power. The Argus is especially versatile thanks to its magnetic base and wall mount, Although it has a small fieldofview, the Keen can be panned 355° horizontally and 105° vert
  • Although it has improved a lot since I started testing it, the Reolink app looks like an iOS app transplanted on Android. It's clunky and the learning curve is steep, Depending on where you live, CR123A batteries may not be easy to come by, and rechargeab
  • It took me a long time to process this review for one reason: I hated Reolink's app. For several weeks after setting up the Keen and then Argus, I couldn't bring myself to open the app without immediately closing it a few seconds later. It's gotten so mor...

  • Easy setup, Easy-to-use app, Software and firmware are kept up to date, Battery power allows for convenient camera location, Great 1080p picture quality, Video can be recorded with sound, Speaker allows you to talk through the camera, Loud motion triggere
  • SD card is not included, but they are dirt cheap, so not much of a con, It would be nice to have the option to power the camera with an adapter
  • I spent a lot of time with the Argus, getting to know the capabilities as well as the limitations. It is a great little camera that fills a niche that powered cameras leave empty. But of course, being a battery-powered camera, you have to understand that...

  • Completely wireless, No subscription fees, Weatherproof
  • No cloud storage, Requires fine-tuning to manage battery life
  • Cutting the power cable makes the Reolink Argus the perfect solution for some situations, but reliance on batteries could be troublesome in busy living areas...

  • Completely wireless, No subscription fees, Weatherproof

  • Reolink's Argus offers decent video quality at a good price, although the app lacks some of the advanced features offered by rivals to help cut down on false alarms.Reliance on batteries is either a strength or weakness, depending on what you want from a...

  • No wiring required, even for power, Full HD video (1080p), Costs considerably less than other indoor/outdoor cameras
  • No cloud storage backup, No advanced features, such as geofencing or smart detection zones, Doesn't integrate with other smart-home appliances
  • The Reolink Argus is simple and affordable, both welcome attributes in a market where camera prices seem to be growing along with their complexity. The fact that there's no wiring involved also makes it an attractive alternative to outdoor cameras like th...

  • The indoor/outdoor Reolink Argus Security Camera is powered by four CR123A batteries, costs just $100, sends prompt motion alerts and has a microSD card slot for local storage
  • It doesn't currently support cloud storage, smart home integrations, motion detection zones or any other advanced features. CR123A's are expensive and difficult to find
  • Reolink's Argus may have a funny name, but this simple, affordable outdoor cam does a pretty good job protecting your yard...
