  • The GoodUI and product design with gorgeous display: except for the band which is a bit difficult to put on, the product design is great and the display is amazing. The Android Wear user interface is well done and pleasing to look at.The Android Wear alwa...

  • An efficient way to deal with notifications. Raises voice commands to a new high—especially sending text messages or asking Google Now for something. Not unpretty. I expect appmakers to figure out some cool new interactions down the road
  • Terrible battery life. Crummy charger. It listens well, but it can't play audio. Nor can it take a picture or run a video chat. Screen is too dim for sunny days. Blips on and off awkwardly in the dark if you forget to mute it

  • Android Wear on board, Heart rate monitor included, Sleeker than the G Watch, Makes up for large phone size
  • Design isn't very original, Clasp hard to fasten, Software needs tuning, Battery life is awful
  • Android Wear early adopters should go with the Samsung Gear Live over the less elegant LG G Watch, but know in advance that it's far from perfect. Everyone else should wait for the Moto 360 or LG G Watch R.The hardware has its hiccups with straps that are...

  • We'll make this part easy: Both the LG G Watch and the Samsung Gear Live should get you through a full day without worry. But regardless of which watch you choose, you'll almost certainly need to charge it every single night. Some folks seem disappointed b...

  • Nifty Google Now functionality. Heart-rate monitor. Works with standard watchbands.
  • Short battery life. Few apps available. Bulky. Android Wear lacks a Back button. Not a particularly comfortable fit
  • The Samsung Gear Live puts Google Now on your wrist with Android Wear, but we're still waiting for the first must-have smartwatch....

  • Always on Google Now access, Material design gives the platform a flowy look & feel, Sophisticated design that mimics a premium timepiece, Uses the same interchangeable bands as the Gear 2
  • Android Wear lacks depth beyond Google Now integration, Battery delivers a day of usage at the most
  • Although it's still regarded as a new technology segment, Samsung is a player in the space that has experience in making smartwatches. Seriously, it really shows in the Gear Live's sophisticated design – one that's remarkably more preferred over LG's offe...
