  • A strong and quiet performer that’s superb value and ideal for those who like to tweak their picture ...

  • Abstract:  Deep blacks , Accurate color , Superb image depth Sony’s new BRAVIA VPL-HW15 is a reworking of last year’s VPL-HW10. At a modest $3,000 (modest as projectors go, that is), the VPL-HW15 offers a useful lineup of features and a picture that I didn’t exp...

  • Abstract:  With a better remote control, better color temperature, brightness and energy consumption of just 0.1 W in standby. These are just some of the reasons to prefer the VPL-HW15 to its predecessor, the VPL-HW10. As a downside, it doesn't have..

  • Very bright whites, Quiet, Consumption in standby, Very good upscaling, Contrast ratio of 800:1
  • No Motionflow or 100 Hz mode, Sanyo's noise handling is better, Blacks not very dark because of high brightness, Expensive bulbs
