  • Abstract:  Lots of modes, unlockables and new characters and locations are not enough to get Soulcalibur III off the ground. The game fails to fly simply because it's overloaded with superfluous features that needlessly obscure the story and any cohesion that it may...

  • Retains the series? deep and engrossing fighting system, A graphical showcase for the PS2, Three all new characters, Huge list of playable characters, Plenty of game modes
  • Many of the new game modes, like Chronicles of the Sword, lack finesse, ?Arcade? mode hidden under several menus, Veterans may find little new in terms of character control
  • When it sticks to fighting, Soul Calibur III is a definite must-have, featuring the same tight controls and in-depth system of earlier games in the series. Some of the new gameplay modes are more miss than hit, however. ...

  • Abstract:  Namco konkurrerar med sig själva.

  • Tons of unlockables; new characters; create-a-character; multiple game modes including an RTS game; and Taki is back and still displaying a couple of her strongest points.
  • No online mode; high learning curve may frustrate some gamers.
  • This is, without a doubt, the best fighting game available today and may be one of the best ever made. Period.
