  • Abstract:  Despite its futuristic setting there's a strange, Willie Nelson-esque song in The Surge. It's tucked away in the OPs rooms you encounter - OPs rooms being the equivalent of Dark Souls' bonfires. It's a hesitant, downbeat number that starts with the line...

  • Tof looten craftingsysteem, Biedt uitdaging, Grafisch prima in orde, Variantie binnen vijanden

  • The Surge is a flawed but ultimately enjoyable action RPG. While it can be incredibly frustrating at times, the fantastic combat and body part targeting system does enough to overshadow the bad parts.7The Surge was reviewed on PlayStation 472 / 100...

  • The Surge makes good use of its detailed sci-fi setting and provides an engaging experience throughout the 30 to 40-hour campaign, mostly thanks to its widely customizable inventory and wickedly fun combat system. It may struggle to keep the action moving...

  • Abstract:  The Surge is a third-person action game along the lines of Dark Souls III. The focus here isn't much on being skilled at combat as it is to keep on upgrading your character through the enemies you encounter. In many ways, The Surge is meant to be played a...
