  • Responsive touch screen. Accepts SIM cards from any GSM carrier. Makes and receives voice calls. Full access to Android Market,
  • Expensive. Screen resolution warps graphics. Odd onscreen keyboard configuration. Both cameras produce blurry images. Tinny sounding stereo speakers. Little internal storage.

  • Large virtual keypad makes for easy typing, Battery life is good, Camera quality is not bad, Includes a case
  • Lacks Flash support, Identical to the OlivePad but priced much higher, Bundled handsfree is not too good, No Customized UI preloaded, No GPS software provided

  • Decent midrange tablet performance, Good, durable build quality, Multitude of IO and expansion options, Android 2.2 FroYo out of the box
  • Lower res, lower viewing angle screen, Slower 600MHz ARM11 core CPU but didn't hold it back too much, Slightly bulky around its edges, Low resolution camera  (3PM)
  • ViewPad 7 Performance Take-Aways:  The ViewSonic ViewPad 7 pleasantly surprised us in spots and disappointed a bit in others.  The device proved to be very responsive and actually offered better overall performance than we expected in anything from simple...
