  • Abstract:  1.

  • Mother has a pretty, quirky design, and the flexible array of trackable tasks is appealing. I can see it being used by some polite young Danish family. If you are a member of a polite young Danish family you might like it. And if you have 290€ (£229) to s...

  • Sense's $299 Mother is as flexible a home automation kit as we've ever seen
  • $299 is a high price to pay for an automated, organized smart home, and the remote sensors are limited to a 65-foot range. A bit pricy, Limited by range
  • If you can get past Mother's odd and occasionally downright spooky branding, Sense's home automation hub is actually a pretty clever way to organize your life....

  • Interesting combination of connected home unit with fitness and health-tracking angle. Great array of accessories included. Can reassign sensors to do a new job at any time.
  • Pricey. Requires a fair amount of adjusting and tinkering to get sensors to work as desired. Could use a better accessory for fitness tracking
  • Mother by Sen.se is a kit you can use at home to monitor different aspects of your life, from how well you sleep to the number of coffee pods left in your pantry. It's an interesting device, but still clearly in its early stages, requiring a fair amount ...
