  • solid casing, sensational resolution in the frame centre, very good resolution on the edge of the frame, slight chromatic aberration, wellcorrected spherical aberration, low distortion, excellent coma correction, decent correction of astigmatism, moderate
  • very weak work against bright light, big dimensions for an APSC/DX lens with those parameters.
  • To tell you the truth I wasn't exactly eager to test the Sigma 50-150 mm OS. I didn't fully understand a decision of inserting that device into a 70-200 mm casing and I thought it boded ill for the lens and its potential marketability. Now I have to admit...
